Green Area Cadastre
The basis for municipal green space management is the inventory of existing green spaces and their integration into a green space information system. Only in this way is efficient planning, coordination and documentation of maintenance measures and new planning possible.
The recording of the green area cadastre comprises the stereo recording from aerial photographs on the basis of the FFL and the GALK object type catalogue. In addition to the green areas, the inventory such as paper baskets, benches, lamps, etc. is also recorded. This recording forms the basis for the field survey, in which details are directly incorporated into the digital data record by means of a GPS connection to Toughbooks, thus enabling a high-precision green area register to be created.
The basis for a cemetery information system is the recording of the true to position geometry of the graves and the assignment via the grave field and the grave number to the factual data such as grave type, occupancy status, service life.
The acquisition of the geometry of the graves from aerial photographs offers a cost-effective alternative to conventional surveying. The geometry of the cemetery is recorded on the basis of the aerial photographs, the cemetery plan and other table information. In addition, it is possible to record further information such as the network of paths, the green areas and trees etc. of the cemetery on the basis of the aerial photographs. An additional recording of the digital path network and the green areas supports the administration in the planning and cost analysis of the maintenance.
Roads are municipal capital. Condition and equipment as well as the existing street furniture determine the value (NKF) and also form the basis for sustainable street management.
Phoenics records and updates its existing road cadastre. Around 100 different property classes are taken into account, including street furniture.
The basis for the road cadastre is a stereoscopic aerial photo evaluation, which leads to a highly accurate result through terrestrial controls with GPS and Toughbook.
Management of Industrial Parks
The basis for the efficient facility management of industrial parks and industrial plants is an accurate recording of the existing stock on the basis of aerial photographs.
Phoenics records the sealing areas, the road network, the green areas and trees as well as pipes and other objects, creates 3D building models and of course provides aerial photos and orthophotos. This results in a square metre accurate recording of the individual objects, which can then be linked with additional information, e.g. on the condition or management.
